We availed Gate One Kerala Taxi Service for our 6-day Kerala trip during the end of December (Christmas holiday season), which is usually a very crowded time. Despite the rush, the service was excellent throughout. A special mention to our driver, Muhammad Mubeer brother. He was always punctual, polite, calm, and extremely helpful. He assisted us in every possible way without any hesitation. He even suggested several sightseeing places that were not part of our original plan, which turned out to be great experiences. I was traveling with my senior citizen parents, and he took exceptional care of them. He always parked the car as close as possible so that my father didn’t have to walk long distances. He was patient, extended time whenever required, and stopped wherever we wanted—whether for sightseeing, breaks, or shopping—always with a smile. Even with heavy traffic on the roads, he remained very calm and composed, which made our journey comfortable and stress-free. The owner, Vipul Sir, was also very cooperative and accommodating. He agreed to all our plans and ensured everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a very good and reliable service. We had a really good experience with Gate One Kerala Taxi during our Kerala trip from kochi  to Coimbatore 8 days trip. The cab was neat and clean, and our driver Yoosuf was very polite, professional, and drove safely throughout the journey. He was friendly, helpful, and made our travel comfortable across all destinations. The overall trip was smooth and well-managed. One small point for improvement (not exactly a negative): It would have been better if we were informed in advance that the Kochi to Coimbatore itinerary with all sightseeing would exceed the 800 km limit. Due to this, we had to pay an additional 220 km charge, which was unexpected. Clear upfront communication on the realistic total distance would help travelers plan better. Apart from this, everything else was good, and we genuinely appreciated the service and the driver’s professionalism. Would recommend them, especially for long multi-day trips in Kerala.
